RETURN PROCESS

Please understand that we are a small, local business.  We try to continually bring newness into our store daily.  Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. Because of this, our product turnover is about 7 days. 

Items are available for return within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.  Unfortunately, after the 7 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale. 

** Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition; unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. Item(s) returned with obvious wear, makeup, body oil, bronzer, stains, deodorant, and/or perfume will be subject to denial. Items that have collected any strong smells such as food or perfume will not be accepted.

Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.

***Failure to comply with the above standards may result in denial or rejection of your return.

Instant Exchanges
Exchanges can be made in store or by mail. To start the exchange process via our return portal

Eligible items are available for exchange within 7 days of purchase. Using our returns platform, you will be able to easily select the item(s) you want to return, and the new item(s) you would like to receive. Your store credit will automatically apply within the exchange, and you will owe for any remaining balance. An exchange for lesser value will result in store credit for the remaining balance. Instant exchange items will be shipped out once the exchange is confirmed.
